Z5010 Multi-Spring Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuator

Z series of actuator is designed by multi-spring with characteristics of good appearance, compact size and light weight. The action type of actuator can be easily and quickly changed without adding any parts in the field. The air chamber volume between diaphragm and its cover is so small that it can bear the air supply pressure up to 0.6Mpa and lead to mass output thrust and quick travel speed. The valve can be easily closed tightly. The yoke produced by excellent casting steel and process, compared to other materials, can withstand high impact. The air supply from positioner can be output directly to the actuator air chamber through the orifice on the yoke. No piping connections. More installation space can be reduced.
